We offer a variety of appointments and clinics. Our experienced reception staff will be happy to assist getting the right help you need if you wish. Some appointments require longer than the routine 10 minutes eg diabetic reviews. If you are unsure please do not use the online appointment facility, please telephone and speak to one of our reception team who will be happy to arrange an appointment for the appropriate length of time and with the appropriate practitioner.
Simple medical questions can be answered over the phone by one of our doctors. In this case our receptionists can arrange a telephone consultation for you. If calling in the morning this can be usually arranged on the same day. If calling on an afternoon then the telephone consultation can be set up for the next working day.
Appointments may be booked in advance, and are available on the day if the problem needs urgent attention. It is possible to request telephone advice from a nurse or GP, please advise reception if you would like to be contacted about a concern. We try hard to meet the needs of patients requiring both urgent and ongoing care. We would advise booking in advance to see a doctor of your choice. Please do not use our online appointment service if you require a diabetic review with a G.P. as this requires a longer appointment.

If you cannot attend for your appointment, please let the surgery know with as much notice as possible so that it can be offered to someone else.
