Online Services

You may already be aware that you can book or cancel your appointments online from anywhere with an internet connection.

Please be aware that some appointments require longer than the routine 10 minute appointments and are booked with a specific practitioner e.g. diabetic reviews.  In order to ensure these are booked appropriately we ask that you do not use the online facility but speak to a member of our reception team who will be happy to arrange an appropriate appointment for you.

Now you can also order your prescription online too. If you take regular medication you can LOGIN to City View Medical Practice and request any items that you will be soon be running out of. You will only be able to request your medication 7 days prior to running out. If you cannot see any medication on your online profile this means your are due a review of your medication and you will need to telephone the surgery to book a medication review with a doctor. If some of the items are available but not all then please call the surgery and we will endeavor to make all your repeat medication available.
